Welcome to Alex Motorcycle Mechanic LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services & Transactions

We offer motorcycle repair services and parts sales (new and used).
Prices for services and parts are subject to change without notice.
Payments must be made before service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to decline service requests or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate vehicle details and authorization for repairs.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications made outside our shop may void warranties.
Customers are responsible for picking up their vehicles within the agreed timeframe.

4. Liability & Warranty

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our service scope.
No warranty applies to repairs on Chinese-made parts or used parts, unless specified.
Any claims related to service defects must be reported within 7 days of completion.

5. Website & Content Use

Our website provides general motorcycle repair guidance, but we do not guarantee accuracy for all situations.
All content, including images and logos, is protected by copyright—unauthorized use is prohibited.
Any third-party links or recommendations on our site are not endorsements.

6. User Conduct

Users must not engage in unlawful activities, hate speech, spam, or fraudulent behavior.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or services if violations occur.

7. Order Cancellations & Refunds

We may terminate agreements or refuse service if payment is not completed or terms are violated.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returned parts, whether new or used.
OEM parts (new or used) are non-returnable.

8. Warranty Claims

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy.
Alex Motorcycle Mechanic LLC does not provide direct warranties but will assist in submitting claims.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review updates periodically.

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Alex Motorcycle Mechanic LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a refund. Please review our return policy to ensure your item qualifies for a return.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being accepted.
Returns after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned parts, whether new or used.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Installed or attempted-to-be-installed parts.
Damaged products caused by the customer.
Products missing original packaging, labels, or components.
Electronic or electrical items with broken seals or removed packaging.
Special orders, tools, equipment, paint, and chemicals.
Exhaust systems & mufflers.
OEM parts (new or used)—these are non-returnable.
Final Sale, Closeout, or Discontinued items.

3. Used or Damaged Merchandise

Any merchandise that has been ridden, worn, or installed cannot be returned.
Helmets and apparel must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
Products that show signs of wear (scuffs, dirt, pet hair, odors, etc.) will be returned to the customer.

4. Order Cancellation & Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified only if their status is "Unfulfilled."
Once an order is processed for shipping, cancellations are not possible.
Special-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Warranty Claims

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy.
Alex Motorcycle Mechanic LLC does not provide direct warranties but will assist in submitting claims.
Warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.

6. Refund Details

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable—even if the order qualified for free shipping.

7. Return Process

To request a return:

Obtain an RGA number by contacting customer support.
Carefully package the item (DO NOT use product packaging as the shipping box).
Attach the provided shipping label or use your own tracked shipping method.
Once received, returns will be inspected within 48 hours.
You will receive an email confirming whether the return was accepted or denied.
